Grill That Again, Dad!
Welcome to Grill That Again, Dad! This blog is a place where I will share my love of cooking with both the barbecue and the gas grill. You won’t find just hamburgers and hot dogs here. We grill many things from beef to chicken, and vegetables to fruit. From the main course to dessert. Occasionally, I will also post about our adventures with our hot pepper garden. This year we have planted in the garden, Jalapeno, Habanero, and Ghost Peppers. Oh yeah!

Spicy Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger
My wife came across this recipe for The Ultimate Spicy Burger on Youtube (video is posted below). The original recipe called for Scotch Bonnet peppers, which are difficult to find around here. So, we decided to try this recipe with our Habaneros. Oh Yeah! Just the right about of spice and maximum flavor. Here is how we did it.
We used about 1 1/4 or so pounds of 80/20 ground beef and 2 Habaneros.
